Walking along #Japan’s tsunami-affected coastline (again!), for part 2 of the @exploretohoku project. Great to be back after a 7-month break, although this time, a much shorter distance... Last time = 614km walk, this time = 120 km?? I’ll be taking photos and talking to locals about the recovery of the area 7 years after the 2011 #tsunami and #Fukushima nuclear crisis while walking from town to town. We took a team photo at the head of the #MichinokuCoastalTrail aka #MichinokuShiokazeTrail aka #みちのく潮風トレイル before setting off on our journey :) #Tohoku #ExploreTohoku

Enjoyed our #UrbanFarming workshop in #Tokyo last week! Had a fun evening with an interesting bunch of people learning the fundamentals of how to grow food in the city. I love this concept because it's a simple way of eating healthily, reconnecting with nature, and taking action on climate change.
