Michinoku Coastal Trail

Through a sponsored 660km solo walk along the newly opened Michinoku Coastal Trail, Robin shed light on areas affected by the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake and promoted the region as a tourist destination to support its long-term recovery. In 2018, he launched the first dedicated English-language website to help travellers from around the world make the epic journey themselves. www.michinokutrail.com

 

Brand Storytelling
